If they cheat on you and you forgive them, it MAY shame them, they MAY feel remorse for a time - but the next time they have the chance to cheat, they WILL cheat on you again — Because you let them get away with it before. The broken marriage vow is the death of trust.

Melania gets paid to stay. I'm not certain that counts as a warrior. Also, staying with a person who cheats is a mindfuck. It's not even about the cheating, it's the irreversible damage done to the core of every relationship, which is trust.

Nope! That's a lie. It's next to Impossible to restore trust after infidelity. It may work in the short term, but ultimately the relationship will collapse, due to ANOTHER affair, or the lack of trust will become too corrosive. Check the stats and get out!

Disagree. It's not even about pride, it's about regaining your freedom & why not founding someone who deserves you.

How do you trust someone after? You don't? Once trust is gone, the relationship is dead. You may still be in it, but it's never the same.

I guess some will find this a comforting piece, especially during these “Stormy” days wonder if there were similar articles during “Lewinski” times 🤔

Get out of a marriage if feelings have faded away and there is cheating involved. Pointless to keep going!
