You need history lessons to understand the truth. Do not blame Poles for what the Germans did.

We Germans accept our collective responsibility. I haven't heard of a single historian who claims the existence of 'Polish death camps'. Poland suffered dearly due to German aggression. But as with any occupation, there were some collaborators. Saying that shouldn't be illegal.

Because of the occupation. Without the German occupation, there had been no Holocaust related crimes in the German occupied Poland.

I don't deny that. This is however no reason for outlawing any historical debate about de facto collaboration.

By all means, there were no collaboration in German occupied Poland. Learn the meaning of the word ”collaboration” related to countries like France, Norway, Romania, Croatia, Tiso’s Slovakia, and so on.

OK I looked it up. here you go: Webster defines collaboration as "giving help to an enemy who has invaded your country during a war". The level of institutionalization is irrelevant to the question whether you should be allowed to discuss collaboration. That's all I'm saying.

The PROJECT legislation is aimed to penalize people or institutions using the untrue and false term "Polish death camps". The correct term is German Nazi death camps in occupied Poland. Ignorance, conflicting interests or money? What's the motive for underming history?

#GermanDeathCamps in occupied Poland is the only historical truth. It's not an opinion. Of course #NaziWereGermans but you could find a good German even then. You could find a bad Pole too. Here you can find a bad Jew. That's really sad, anti-Polish and paradoxically anti-Semitic

I as a german accept the crimes my grandfather committed and I will try to pass on the memory of the atrocities. What personal benefit do you draw from banning remembrance of polish collaboration? Our history is far from perfect, thats a horrible but essential truth imo.

The project legislation is aimed to stop the use of the false and untrue term "Polish death camps" ... Where Poles and other nationals were victims along with the Jews. It doesn't prevent the study of WW2 crimes. German invasion of Poland was aimed at wiping out a nation

Wipe what of the record? Germans built the camps , planned the final solution and executed it with German efficiency using German gas. Gold from Jewish gold teeth may still be in German treasury. Your translation may be wrong or you are blinded by misguided hate. They is who?
