I eat a whole 30 diet in which I eat 30 all carb items a day. And I’ve almost reached my goal of gaining 30 lbs in 30 days! My motto is 30-30-30.

I did the Whole30. It's not easy but it changes your entire outlook on food. You become aware of all the sugar you were consuming, perhaps without even knowing it. You just feel better afterwards. Note: You will only feel irritability and pain the first 2 weeks.
