This is policy intended to create a hostile work place.

It already is a hostile workplace if they decided to lower mens salaries as opposed to the OBVIOUS NEED TO raise womens salaries

Don’t reduce the salaries of the men, increase the salaries of the women, brainiacs. We don’t want to take from men, we just want equal pay for equal work

It’s not just cheaper, it’s intended to deepen the resentments. This is the kind of bullshit move that will be pointed out in order to prove the point that men will be financially hurt by equal pay.

Rather than lower the salaries of men, they should just raise the salaries of women...no reason to punish individual males for something they didn’t do...

A result of trying to address the symptoms rather than the problem. We should be focused on reducing the factors that lead to pay inequality, rather than starting with the pay inequality itself. Ex: Make equal rules regarding taking maternity leave, get more equality.

LMAO... So your mad bc you don't make as much... Cut his pay to match hers.. There you go now you can't complain you make the same. This is what happens when women are mad because men make more instead of just being mad because they don't make enough. THANKS
