        global warming is only the tip of the iceberg: the major problem in floods comes from impervious surfaces, which are constantly raising. the grand paris project will lead to more floodings. stop that nonsense now!

        Fake news ;) we just try and drink more liquid, and complain about the commute. Paris itself is relatively unaffected, apart from the barges in its bank not being able to operate, and one train line being shutdown between a few stations.
