isn't it a bit of a lottery the CDC uses on getting out a vaccine year to year? they use X number of strains and literally hope they guess right for us mere serfs?

I attribute not getting the flu ever in my life to taking multi vitamins since I was 14,drinking a bottle of water first thing in the morning and eating a teaspoon of honey every day after drinking that water.

How does it compare to the 1918 flu outbreak? October 1918 was the deadliest month in American history.
