        that is quite interesting—the numbers agree with me but not to the extent that i expected it would. the issue most scientists have with religion, i think is that most believers are so convinced of their rightness and also because many religious people behave badly

        Mathematicians do not care about finding large primes, even special Mersenne primes. To call this a "huge math discovery" is at best misleading, and at worst inaccurate. It would be like calling Webster's dictionary an important piece of literature.
