          .Less than a week after #WomensMarch2018 two good & smart journalists @maggieNYT & @amychozick publish a piece a piece on a leader/champion of women's rights w/ a HIGHLY FALSE & SENSATIONAL HEADLINE! A DECADE AGO @HillaryClinton didn't "shield" an alleged harasser-PATENTLY FALSE

As a seasoned &, nationally recognized corporate L&E attorney, let me clear up the baseless & inflammatory assertions in this propaganda generating piece. HRC's 2008 CAMPAIGN, NO DOUBT, following an investigation &, acting on advise of counsel, took APPROPRIATE REMEDIAL ACTION

THEN & NOW-TO ADDRESS the claim of hostile working environment harassment, recognized by #SCOTUS in Burlington Ind. v. Ellerth (1998). The alleged harassers pay was docked, he was ordered to undergo counseling & the alleged victim was transfered to a job & location away from him

          Replying to @IndigenousDancy @nytimes and

Since the piece is void of facts/details-just baseless propaganda generating assertionsa-clearly the authors don't know if the alleged victim requested to be transferred or, if there was a role on HRC's 2008 CAMPAIGN to transfer the alleged harasser, which matched his skill set.

Infuriating isn’t it? The Times believes they’re being impartial when actually furthering a false narrative to sell papers and get clicks; Abusing the #MeToo movement and Hillary Clinton’s distinguished service to US.

All you people jumping on this story with retroactive outrage are pathetic to me! Organizations/Companies have policies regarding Sexual Harassment! If @HillaryClinton’s campaign followed their internal policies, how is this a story, when Glen Rush, still works for @nytimes? 🤔

Zoe, your frustration is most people’s frustration. But too many people think elected officials have our best interests at heart. Once Obama left that ended. Only grassroots movements in support of woman candidates to unseat GOP Trump supporters has a chance to create change.

Wha? I'm not naive. I'm a strategic liberal policy voter. Dems have my vote whenever it is the smart, effective vote. And change is great & starts local/state. OTOH choosing chaos is selfish & cruel when it puts vulnerable/poor at risk. Maslow's triangle. 2 bottom steps come 1st.
