        Had a similar experience with United when my son was in hospital and I needed to get cross country. Worst travel day of my life. Have never traveled with @united again.

        United has a deep culture problem. So many of their employees just stay silent and just follow the operating procedures. @united empower your employees to use their humanity without repercussions.
