I'm not sure he's holding hostage... He's offering compromise. Wall for DACA. Both sides win, so where's the problem? Oh, Dems won't be happy until they get what they want w no concessions... Who's really bipartisan here?

Its not just "wall for DACA", its wall and the end to 2 legal immigration programs that are working as intended. And they are offering a full path to citizenship for thise that qualify as a way to say they offered more than DACA while demanding insane concessions

Great . But walls don’t work. Study the walls of history - ALL the walls have come down . Hadrian’s Wall - came down. Berlin Wall - came down Great Wall of China -parts still came down . Will trumps expensive Wall Work?

The Cato institute - a conservative think tank - did a great piece a while back on why a wall would be a waste.https://www.cato.org/blog/border-wall-impractical-expensive-ineffective-plan …

If walls don't work, then open borders Democrats should give Trump his wall in exchange for what they want. In the greater scheme of things, the cost of a wall is trivial.

So you're fine with wasting $25 billion on a wall that won't work? You can't think of anything better that money could be used for?

😂 Democrats would not be panicked at the thought of a wall, if they truly believed it would not work. What's $25 billion compared to what we spend on welfare for illegals?

"illegals" aren't eligible for welfare. You should do more research on the topic.
