        let's see $ vs. $$$...$ to fulfill one's creativity, layers of delicious stuff vs. layers of crap to deal with. It seems to me Pastry Chef wins hands down over Architect as profession of choice to channel one's design ideas. Besides cake lovers are always much easier to find: )
