        "But where I can get prickly and combative is if I’m just called a sci-fi writer. I’m not. I’m a novelist and poet. Don’t shove me into your damn pigeonhole, where I don’t fit, because I’m all over." RIP Ursula K. Le Guin, one of the greats. pic.twitter.com/VSQHsNHaxe

还会因言获罪?pic.twitter.com/9GvrtV84vO

        Oh, no! My 5-year-old son fell in love with her “Catwings” series and dressed up as Jane the cat for Halloween 2 years ago. RIP, Ursula K. Le Guin, and thank you for captivating even the smallest amongst us with your work. 💕

        She was a genius. She and Doris Lessing are probably the two most underrated writers and thnkers of the 20th Century.

        I've actually never read any of her work. "The Left Hand of Darkness" was mentioned several times in a gender course I took, but we were never asked to read it.

        She was a woman who's writings were more than Science Fiction. They were poetry and prose. Rest in Peace, Ms. Le Guin.

        One of the greatest novelists of the 20th century; she wrote literary fiction that only borrowed sci-fi and fantasy backdrops. Her words spoke through and beyond any genre. She will be missed.
