Some people, like my daughter, cannot eat gluten. It’s difficult to eat out and grocery shopping can take forever if you’re not used to buying gluten-free food. I don’t know why anyone would choose it but hope people realize this is a serious health issue for some.

I am like your daughter and I am so over people trying to tell others what they should or should not eat.

Thank you.

But gluten does weird things to me if I have it with my raw water. I'll stick to being gluten free and enjoy my raw water.
-
I'm a medium rare kinda guy, personally. I like my water to still be pretty wet in the middle, but I love just a LITTLE but of a crunch and that smoky charcoal flavor on the outside.
-
Sometimes I like mine frozen and other times very well done. Especially when I enfuse with ground coffee beans.

I trust the New York Times to give me nutrition advice about as much as I trust the US government to govern for the people.

I gave up grains and lost 30 pounds. My eczema cleared up and I never needed that expensive med for colitis. I'm staying grain free!

You should avoid grains because it’s making us fat. The excess carbs that people eating are leading to heart disease rates in this country that border an epidemic.
-
Joseph, if excess carbohydrates are the cause of our obesity epidemic, please explain how countries like China and Japan that sustain themselves on mostly rice also have the lowest BMI in the world.

Gluten went from being a real problem for a very small group to a fad based on no science to a major marketing ploy aimed at the uninformed. Tip: if your Orange juice says gluten free, you’re being taken for a fool
