        How about just lowering state taxes so that you don't have to cheat federal taxes. Every other state is going to benefit, but not NY and NJ because of high state taxes.

        Just be fiscally responsible. You always overspend and then taxpayers are left to clean up your crap. Those states fiscally responsible should not have to pay for the abusers.

        Disappointed in Gov Cuomo in wanting a NYC tax on cars traveling in the heart of NYC. Enough with tax on commuters. Enough! Mayor Diblasio has it right - tax the rich only to raise funds. Funds from the bridges isn't enough?????
