My father imported Nova Scotian lobsters to France in the 90's and Bocuse was one of his regular clients. Occasionally I would tag along for the deliveries just to get a glimpse at his legendary restaurant in Lyon.

Bocuse is perhaps the most important person in the modern history of French cuisine besides Auguste Escoffier. Rest in peace.

There is a rose named in his honor. What great blooms it gives. Now we have to take more care of that rose bush.

I'm sure Monsieur Paul will be sitting in the best place beside God. Because his life was only kindness, kindness, sharing, friendships and friendliness. The father of French and world gastronomy, will remain forever in our heart.
