        Adult women or men should not pledge innocence of sexual harrasment. They should report agressions immediately to the police and sue agressions. Not delaying defensive action otherwise it is a consent.

        No, if a CHILD is abused, the statute of limitations doesn’t begin until they’re 18 & there is no such thing as consent w/a minor. Many of these brave women said something when they were young, but were ignored.
