Acetyl fentanyl and despropionyl fentanyl are not prescription medications. How did he obtain those? Those are fentanyl analogues often mixed with heroin.

Fentanyl certainly is, but not those derivates to my knowledge

I'm a drug analyst for a crime laboratory. For the most part, only see those derivates mixed with heroin. Definitely illegal and not for medical use

Could it also have been a case of inclusion of fentanyl into counterfeit pills?

Yes that's true, but that's odd considering he most likely had prescriptions for oxycodone and the others, including the fentanyl patch

I’ll remember his music and his legacy. The way he live, not the way he died. Sounds like he was in some major pain but continued to tour.

@TheJusticeDept MUST open an investigation into ALL of the #Hollywood #celebrity deaths related to fentynyl overdoses. There's been SEVERAL. Who's supplying these people with this drug of death and WHY is nobody doing anything about the dealers?

Hip fracture... "it is our feeling that the pain was simply unbearable and was the cause for his over use of medication,” Once again, when we bring this product into our home, we must respect it. It is lethal when misused. #ZeroLeft
