Graham just went on TV and said he won't vote for it and is expecting the President to agree to a solution. This is a #TrumpShutdown. Stop framing it like the Dems owe anyone their vote on a garbage bill.

Correction: the Dems are not responding to the GOP arm twisting by linking DACA and CHIP to the CR. DACA and CHIP are standalone issues and should be treated as such. #BlueWave2018

Repubs have had months to address CHIP and DACA and haven’t. Time has run out.

Agreed. Trump deconstructed DACA and they let the funding for CHIP lapse to work on tax reform. It is totally a GOP created problem and totally ignored by them ...

Wow, @nytimes. There is bipartisan opposition to this, and the GOP is in control of ALL branches of government. Not at all sure where you get that this can be placed at the Dems door. Disappointed in you.

Is there something Dems are doing to keep GOP from reaching a majority within their own party? This is a weird, weird headline.

Only bc they're using CHIP as leverage. It will be GOPs problem. DEMs are ALL IN for a #shutdown! 2013 @realDonaldTrump told @foxandfriends: "The president should get the blame for a government shutdown because "problems have to be solved from the top."http://www.msnbc.com/morning-joe/watch/joe-scarborough-right-now-gop-on-losing-side-of-history-1140642883842 …
