Bull. And the biggest cause of fatherless children is fathers who take no responsibility for their kids.

I don't personally know of many women who've become mothers over the age of 40 but I do know of many kind, wonderful and smart women of all ages who haven't had or don't want kids for various reasons, and still prove that you don't need to give birth in order to care about kids.

My bad my full thought ,how can we afford children as single moms when costs of raising a child are so high . I have 2 children and between day care schools post secondary and activities I have spent a fortune and for people today it’s tougher

Oh gotcha, and so true. My coworker had to quit her job because her and her partner couldn’t afford full time child care with their combined income. I can’t even imagine what it’s like for a single parent

Children being born out of wedlock is a real societal problem, far too many people are having kids with people they aren’t married to, and don’t even really love. #KeepYourPantsOn

I had 1st baby at 28 and 2nd 3 months shy of turning 42 6 years ago. Didn't marry until last April and have a Ph.D. My life has definitely been complicated but there's not much that I would change.
