If it is in Austin...no one will ever get to work on time. Traffic here SUUUUUUCKS.

I get it. Jobs...but what if the infrastructure can't handle it. Dallas might be a better choice with DART.

Unless they're going to build in downtown (and they probably won't), DART won't help. They'll just keep building more toll roads - and those aren't cheap

Both true. But it would have to be out of the city proper anyway to accommodate space, so eastern locations would have less in-city impact, particularly if it's built out like it's own city. I'm mixed on whether to want it here, though. I do think we have a good shot.

I couldn't think of many places with that kind of clear acreage north or northeast. I figured maybe airportish or more. Then the stress would be non-construction 70 and maybe 225 (which doesn't need it, but still). Anywhere 25 or construction 70 couldn't handle it.

Kathleen Wynne reacted with what could be perceived as a dig at her American competitors. Toronto was the “obvious choice” for Amazon, in part because of Canada’s universal health care system and its openness to immigrants, she said.pic.twitter.com/kBCZ1HFfGx

Is there a reason why Austin, Columbus, and Raleigh need the state identifier in the name, but other cities don't?
