The greatest disease in the West today is not TB or leprosy; it is being unwanted, unloved, and uncared for. We can cure physical diseases with medicine, but the only cure for loneliness, despair, and hopelessness is love.*

Love is a feeling of being wanted, cared & compassionate. It used to be found all around us once but sadly the reality now is like how Christ had put it that this 'love' of many would grow cold. As the saying goes 'Love is a beautiful thing, only when it is returned.'

Get off the telly & get outside. Smile at your neighbors. Do volunteer work, you will feel better. Stop harping on the troubles of the world. Read an uplifting book, sing again and go for walks. Stop complaining. Howzat?

It's meant for seniors so they have someone to visit and spend time with them. It's sad when one is old and all their friends have died and they're families turned their back on them.
