        China has been consistently provocative for the last decade, they are the unspoken war. Asymmetric for sure. Fingers in many a hot spot pie. Iran, Nigeria. Congo(a nice sum paid to Bolo-Haram, partners with Lebanese Mafia who pay street tax to Hezbollah. North Korea is their dog.
