It is possible, but now I'm wondering if the 2 year old belongs to one of the adult females... and if so, who fathered it when they're locked up?

Now you take the "parents" and torture them, beat them then put them to death like the monsters they are. Rapists, molesters and people who abuse children, the elderly, people in general like these two did don't deserve to live. Simple as that!

So, these parents abused their children, kept them tied in shackles and abused them but you guys are worried about the civil and human rights of the parents? I wonder how many kids you two have done that to. Sorry, I don't have any tolerance for people who abuse children.

I don’t think anyone is worried about these parents except how to determine the slowest way for them to enjoy their prison life!

The two up there seem to b in their comments asking "where is the cruelty here..." Does he mean how the parents were cruel? Because the children were shackled to their beds with chains and padlocks in dark and foul-smelling surroundings. They were not properly fed. That is cruel!

I suspect this “mother” is mentally ill, but that doesn’t mean she should return to society after a year (or 2,) of treatment. Wish #neighbors would have intervened.
