To which the AntiVax people say, "To hell with the elderly, I am not old. To hell with children, I am not a child. To hell with too many people hanging around and getting themselves cured of illnesses, I rarely get ill myself!"

If the flu shot were anywhere near as effective as actual vaccines this wouldn't be a discussion. It's not really an antivax thing.

Boy, you'll go to any lengths to make us get a vaccine that worked on very few flu strains this year. What's in it for you?

Flu vaccine is not a live vaccine. You can't get the flu from it.

Yet the only times I ever got the flu was after the shot. My experience trumps your theory. Srry.

Then you were exposed prior to vaccination. Vaccines do not contain live virus.

They contain something that makes me fall to the virus that does not occur when I do not take the shot.
