Kirk is wrong and is a bot. Medicare is for age 65 but also people on Social Security disability under 65. Medicaid is any age of lower income including some of those old people. A bot is a bot at any age.

Most recipients already work; if able to. This is just a red herring for the base and will change little. It would be better if corporations that got the huge tax benefits were required to provide healthcare, living wages, and community infrastructure.
