        That genocide in early 90s sadly was a major holocaust for the Tootsi tribesmen that's barely referenced to this day around world.

        How come a woman in Rwanda has to tell us this? She's right, of course, but we're supposed to be savvy enough that she shouldn't have to. Instead we have @Twitter explaining to us that because he's a "world leader," he's immune from the rules everyone else must conform with.
