        tx cut $650m of Medicaid funds earmarked for special ed students and basically bragged about it, my district said they wouldn't scale back programs for these students, not every district did the same, Abbott takes pleasure in hurting innocent people

        This makes me so angry!! I can’t believe it went on for so long and all the children who have suffered because of it. Not every child learns within the “box” or in the same way. All children can learn and succeed if we take the time to find out how they learn best. Injustice...
