        I think the chart indicates how much further the ratings have fallen from their base. I find it perfectly positioned that the black opinion arrow is so.far.left as a starting point before moving another 3%.

        You mean Trump had a positive baseline with the black community? Wow, will wonders never cease. But that's how he won really . He only needed 1% of all the demographics who hated him to vote for him to get the win.
