"I think it would make sense if everyone living in this country would be obliged to visit a concentration camp memorial site at least once in their lifetime," said a Berlin state legislatorhttp://nyti.ms/2Eyr95X

I am in favour of that & also of anything that throws light on how Israel has learned from Nazi regime in turning Palestine into a Concentration Camp & how USA supports that.

I´m afraid, most of the middle est immigrants would see such a visit as a kind of Disneyland trip, or they perhaps would make a joke out of it. If you know what i mean.

The idea is based upon the fact that these immigrants are size part anti-semitic. Take a look to Berlin or Bochum etc in Germany. That's no secret. That fact is not racist, it's true. You're kidding me, aren't you?! #ridiculous

I understand that some people are anti-semitic BUT what you are doing is generalizing and applying this to an entire group. You are also implying that most middle eastern people are incapable of empathy. You are dehumanizing an entire race. That's called racism.

I said "afraid" and "perhaps", in my opinion thats even not generalizing. And i'm not dehumilizing an entire race, that's ridiculous again, it's the religion and the socialization of these people and not the race which makes the problems. #relax

        1. You originally said "middle eastern", NOT ""muslim". 2. Islamophobia is no different to anti-semitism. They are equally deplorable and I wouldn't be bragging about it if I were you. People always seem to find a way to excuse their own bias...how is that a solution?

How does being German licence you to discriminate against or hate an entire group of people? I'm ALSO from a country ravaged by the Holocaust. I've seen first-hand the consequences of hate. So have you. You should know better.

I think Americans should be required to tour to see what can happen when racism and white supremacy takes hold in a climate of fear and hate created by an evil person who turned a democracy into a dictatorship.
