The Supreme Court appeared deeply divided over whether Ohio may kick people off its voting rolls if they skip a few elections and fail to respond to a noticehttp://nyti.ms/2EumqSy

Intentional discrimination against against voting blocks classified as traditionally left-leaning has always (since Emancipation & the Civil War amendments) been a constitutional deprivation actionable in federal court. This has been rampant since Obama. R's are doomed.

The issue is not about ability or legislative authority, but about motive, fairness and due process. These actions by white-dominated government agencies don't just smack of racial animus, intentional discrimination against groups perceived as liberal-leaning (i.e., Democrat).

@USSupremeCourt should be careful. Once got letter would be removed from list because hadn’t voted in so many years. Wrong- voted several times in period specified but ahead in town hall rather than at precinct. What if I didn’t get letter? #itisaright

The problem people should not be kicked off the ballot. Unless they have died or have a criminal conviction. This is all about voter surpress. Understood voting is protected by federal law. There is guarantee the post card will arrive where it’s address to

So the OHSC is torn over whether they can strip a basic right from someone simply because they don’t exercise that right?? Wow, that’s a slippery slope.
