        The panama papers, the paradise papers, like, half of wikileaks, basic understanding of math (people who earn over 90% of all income reasonably stand to owe a large portion of all taxes... but don't pay them). Also buying politicians to give you tax break is tax fraud.

        Much bigger story here, tax payer data was sold online and used by telemarketers to scam taxpayers to wire money to operators in India. A little online research and you will see the notice that the IRS won't call you, etc. It is widespread.
