At first glance, a $4,000 treadmill seems ridiculous. But it offers lessons for the future of gadgets.http://nyti.ms/2Filbam

I worked for the company and can tell you this is a waste of money! In addition to the $4K, you will have to spend an additional $40 per month to get the content or the equipment is worthless! If you have an extra $4K laying around...Just hire a trainer. #Wasteofmoney

That's what got me on the peloton. I was like wait, so paying an insane price isn't enough. I would 100% buy if the content was included. Clearly they aren't marketing to average joe/joettes

You could just download the App and pay $12 per month, then use it on your own equipment. The company makes all their money off the subscriptions to view the content. It's a total ripoff! #Resist
