        Weather or Climate? Regardless, with $20.5 T in national debt, and growing, US taxpayers should not be paying for water damage for homes built in floodplains. Waterfront developers and property owners privatize the gains from their property and socialize the losses! Get over it!

        That's doesn't seem like much .I mean Texas is 180 billion alone doesn't seem like much for the other 4 places Florida I would think would be 100 billion so that 3 other places doesn't seem to add up .
