        Disparities always exists in all kind of events! Not just men and women! Sometimes proper disparities is necessary! My opinion is Talented women should get pay more than the same level men, because women have a special task to deliver children to keep human beings alive.

        maybe but china editor isnt the same role as us editor and gracie doesnt have the importance to license payers as sopel. noone knows who gracie is. with trump sopels role is miles more pertinent.

        I find the whole thing rather awkward & distasteful. Her problem is not about being paid less. She saw the wages of Jeremy Bowen and Katya Adler and decided she must be at the same level. And she even refused a raise. Didn't she negotiate her current salary b4 taking the role?
