Too much food and an unhealthy diet makes kids fat. Examine the Japanese way of eating if you want to see how to do it right.http://time.com/4267661/japanese-food-healthy-diet-longevity/ …

HOW ABOUT PEPPERIDGE FARM, GENERAL MILL'S, YOPLAIT, AND EVERY MASS MEAT OPERATION IS THE PROBLEM! How about small produce farmers in food deserts get subsidies from the government instead of the biggest corn, soy, wheat producers. HOW ABOUT YOU GIVE PARENTS BETTER OPTIONS!
-
How about stop subsidizing the sugar industry? Sugar is ADDED to almost every food. It has many names, many disguises. Even "natural flavor'' more often than not is cane sugar.

Good parents control their children. Bad parents allow their children to be in charge. Simple.

Majority of Indian moms have put on heavy weight after delivery. It's our special type or grade of mother status.but I don't know about theirs kids and their obesity.it might be the reason of sedentary life style of living.pic.twitter.com/sbvMnMsKAL

It's not about sedentary ness, it's about diet. Don't Indians have a super high carb diet that causes insulin resistance?
-
We feel young at heart, even though many of them over sixty,India is being a tropical country, the absorption of minerals and carbohydrates are more than American climate,we have been overjoyed by our food habits, but now we've started realizing where we missed in our diet.thank youpic.twitter.com/4SlVvnhNpt

I'm from a family with an overweight father and a thin mother. Some of us were thin, some of us were fat. We grew up in the same house, with the same parenting, eating the same food. Thin ppl want to think they have superior control, that fat ppl are lazy. It's not true.
