        This isn't a surprise to me, cycling is how I keep Crohn's in remission. If I stop cycling for 5 days I get symptoms. I'm on no other meds and I'm considered to have aggressive Crohn's for which I've had surgery for in the past. Cycling is the best medicine in the world!

        I enjoy exercising. I walk a lot everyday. Miles of walking. I like aerobics. Would love to learn yoga. And yes I can put my leg up on the wall as in the "stretch" just not as high as you because you are taller then me. A childhood of ballet classes is why I can still do that.
