A few months after he started treatment for drug addiction, a pair of bills arrived at his father’s home. They catalogued roughly 3 dozen urine tests. The total cost: $260,000.http://nyti.ms/2EYcQZi

What does drug testing to qualify for public assistance cost, then? I would guess a ton more than the original benefits would have cost.
