I'm currently stuck on the tarmac at @JFKairport aboard @Delta flight 551. There's no gate for us to deplane following delta's self inflicted delays topping over six hours. Should have heeded your warnings @mulaney.

Wow...JFK is a major intl hub. I think you fail at posessing basic airport sense. And all they said was that they would like communication. Which is understandable.

I think the "urbanites" also understood delaying said communication keeps refund requests to a min. Nobody blamed the workers but the execs and admin..likely.

Joe Biden was kind. Ice covered walkways, massive water puddles indoor, escalators that don’t work, elevators that open and close but don’t move, toilets that don’t work, clueless employees and god forbid they have any signs. A living JFK would repudiate this facility.

Port Authority really messed up managing this storm event. My father was stuck in this event and was telling me that there were times he thought he would collapse just because of the cold

In all my years as a weather geek, I NEVER heard the term 'bomb cyclone.' Not ever. Reporting isn't open to poetic license or creative fiction, yet the media invents a term. Is it any wonder Americans doubt 'climate science' or believe 'fake news' aptly describes today's media?
