Here in Australia, Medicare pays for the drug. I’ve been on Humira for 5 years. The syringes are almost painless but the pens hurt like hell. Humira has saved my life.

After 5 yrs of using Humira, the best advice I can give is to learn how to use the syringes because the pens hurt like almighty hell. You can control the syringe & learn how to avoid bruises. The pens are lethal. YouTube have tutorials on how to use the syringes. Inject slowly!

My doctor was ready to prescribe this to me, and i told her she was to find an alternative. I would rather deal with discomfort before enriching greedy palms. And shame on the Congress for its inaction.
