        Oh that's easy! Put kale in pan with some olive oil. Take pan to garbage can and empty. Oil makes it slide off the pan really easily! 😂

        Kale is delicious stir-fried with garlic and butter; just serve with rice! Quick and easy to make! The kale pasta sauce idea sounds wonderful!

        Try sautéing it with onions, white raisins and a good curry powder. Toss with cooked potatoes and add a squeeze of lime. Heaven!
