        It's not only when private industry addresses social issues. Sadly, govt funding is the same or worse; it encourages fraud to obtain more funding. Neither are about helping people...#followthemoney

        The rehab industry is a scam. Convincing people they have no control over what they do. There are a few that treat people in a holistic manner without forced religion or giving up your power. But mainly they want return customers, not healed souls.

        The rehab *industry* is not a scam, as some have alleged in reaction to stories like this. Scam opportunities are inherent to any system, public or private, this one is just personal to me. @traceyh415
