Jeff Sessions doesn't love states' rights. He just loves discrimination but can't say that.

Trump didn't pass the Federal laws against marijuana- Congressmen & Senators elected by the States did ( Repubs & Dems). If they feel differently now - change the Federal law. Not Trumps issue. Once again Congress looks to skirt its responsibility

The GOP who did not hesitate to jam through a new tax bill to enrich their donors at the expense of the American taxpayer can be expected to curtail the free trade and use of a recreational yet hugely beneficial substance in the name of Big Pharma.

marijuana users love states rights until conservetives want states to educate, provide welfare for, provide medical for...... their state citizens. Then the feds are great.

And the opposite is 100% true as well.. The Liberals hate states rights when it comes to abortion and gay marriage...but oh do they love them when it comes to weed and men using the women's bathrooms!!!

So, the observation that “States Rights” only apply when you want to justify doing something horrible to another human being is accurate. Sad!

Yeah, Obama LOVED states rights EXCEPT when it came to protecting its state citizens from illegal immigration effects and the midnight dumpings of illegals within their state lines. He was oh so in love w/states rights.
