She was born without arms. Over the years, she has learned how to use her feet to bathe and dress herself, to wash her clothes, to open doors, to embroider and sew clothing, and to paint.http://nyti.ms/2A6IvnN

“I didn’t want them because I didn’t want to go against the word of God,” she said. “If he wanted me like this, it’s for a reason, so why should I try to change it?” This is why I so hate religion. This good, brave lady was offered free prosthetic arms, but refused them.

I'll never forget visiting gorgeous cathedral in old Tegucigalpa, then seeing cute lil' boy w.o. arms & painting w. his foot. Nice painting & quite a crowd watching. Grace in that case was amazing.

She could have prosthetic arms but refused cause "God". So that possibility was not offered by God? I will never understand how those people think. Why adding more pain when there is another possibility?? 😰
