        There are plenty of domestic students that can afford full tuition, but said students would probably opt for better schools than the ones mentioned in the article.

        Just immigration policies? I met a visiting student from the UK this summer. Originally from S. Africa. Told me the fear of rampant racism is causing students to look elsewhere.

        Enrollment in universities wouldn't be an issue if the cost of education wasn't a way to keep the unwanted out. If we treated education like a necessary common good and focused on increasing access and reducing costs this wouldn't be a problem. But we've made it all about money

        It's not about living in some other country cos i like it better. I love india. But if im going to invest almost seventy thousand dollars i would need a hugh paying job to pay off student debt, and these kind of high paying jobs can only be there in US, Europe.
