        Firing the head coach or manager in any professional sport is a type of appeasement for the fans when the real problem lies with ownership, poor draft selection, & signing very often “hoodlum” players! Some owners are in it plainly to “line” their pockets with cash!

        It's called pay for performance. We need a little more of this in politics and Washington. Way too many Congress members have been around for decades without delivering jack for voters. Part of swamp that needs to go. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
