For most people, that is how they live their lives. One moment they might be the "Haves" and then they are the "Have not". They never seem to get out of this cycle. It is best if they can always be the "haves"enough. For the very Rich, it is a matter of getting more for their ego

Some "have-not" are not innocent, due to political backing they terrorize the safety & quality of some affordable places. It is those nice honest "have not" that got exploited &never rise above by the rich & get robbed by the other "Have not"; they are victimized left & right.

An example is real estate; the land we live in is always the same, regardless how you change its looks and raise the price. Yet so many without decent homes. Did people just decided in the past decade that humans need a home so they raise the price due to demand or just greed?
