        Along with the reduction of the centre for disease control's budget by 17% really show how incompetent he really is. I cannot stand this guy, I do not understand how anyone can have faith in his ability to bring the country to a "great" status "again".

        did any of you people actually READ the article or just the clickbait one sided headline? it actually says, “such a move is a common occurance”...Obama did it too, to Bush. chill out on the whole “he’s KILLING PEOPLE!!” rhetoric, its getting OLD.
