This is unconscionable. Vulnerable elderly people deserve all the protection they can get. The multi-billion dollar nursing home industry wanted this and now they'll donate millions to GOP PAC's. Quid pro quo.pic.twitter.com/79uuMiMVyy

Read the article not the fucking headline! My God. The American Health Care Association are the organization that are the advocates for this. This allows these Health Care Professionals to focus on clients more...... Not everything he does is bad....

Abuse and neglect of nursing home residents tend to increase as regulations decrease... and now patients & and their families can't sue. There is a reason why these facilities should follow regulations not be annoyed by them.

I have worked in said facilities and the amount of focus that gets lost because of these regulations is the issue. Why is it the Federal Government needs to be big daddy and watch over these places. This should be on local government and the own Facilities!!!!!! My goodness

Have a good night. My opinion is we need Less of Washington in our lives. We need to be more accountable for our own actions. That is why I am conservative.

You think it's conservative to not punish facilities for direct physical harm TO THE ELDERLY? Too fucking busy being conservative to protect our most vulnerable from physical harm.

This Admin are death dealers. It is obvious in every piece of legislation & policy. They want to reduce the population - esp. those who are elderly, ill, disabled and poor.
