A court ordered the EPA to revise its standard for dangerous levels of lead, a rare legal move that amounts to a sharp rebuff of President Trump and Scott Pruitthttp://nyti.ms/2DoOAhx

Rare good news. The states must be flipped, though, or this kind of regulation is not assured.

No level of lead is safe. We should have learned this from our past mistakes.

We should allow way more lead in paint, tbh. 1. Controlling it is not in the Constitution. 2. We wouldn’t have our wonderful President without those toxic levels.

But these regulations will stifle the economy and make it more difficult for landlords to price gauge potential renters.

This won't help anything unless we actually fund the program that removes lead paint from homes that have it.

Well they’re going to take care of this so won’t be a problem in the future, IE Trump will nominate justices that will do his bidding. As for making corporations take the lead out before they dispose of waste, that hinders our competitiveness. It’s a race to the bottom! #trump
