Remember that time the Clinton administration tried to tell black people that they werent actually Christians. That was so wack #Kwanzaahttps://twitter.com/_Makada_/status/945654633527238656 …

        No More Red Flags added,

        Makada  🇺🇸 @_Makada_
#Kwanzaa was invented by communist black supremacist Ron Everett, a.k.a Maulana Karenga, who was put in prison for sexually assaulting and torturing women. Kwanzaa is not even African, it was invented in the US by Karenga to promote anti-white racism and communism.

Our food businesses need to make our junk food nutritious and tasty and our people need to embrace the mantra "Everything in moderation".We do not need The We Know best big brothers terrorizing our children and "big footing" our people with the food police.

School food suppliers are like drug cartels. Jamie Oliver proved on his show that you can feed kids healthy food for the same or less money.

Ever heard of moderation? How about exercise? It’s not just about sugar. Put the damn video games away and kick their ass out to play. Cook nutritious dinner. No going out to eat. Don’t give your kids spending money. No money no buying junk food

Gorge in carbohydrate-laden food and—no matter what your ethnicity—you stand a good chance of developing diabetes. Educating people about avoiding this disease is challenging because as people earn more, they tend to behave in ways that shorten their lives. Irrational, but true.
